The shelves dont get secured to the wall, they get bolted to the floor. Thanks

You should secure those nice shelves to the wall. I’m in California and none of that is going to stay on the shelf if you get a quake. I have so much more to do…compared to you. Nice job.

does the ceral that comes in bags need to be sealed in mylar bags or vacuum sealed bags im new to this thanks great roomn

The mylar keeps the food good and the bucket keeps the bags safe.

the buckets of rice, do you need mylar bags? or can you just put it into the buckets?

Dude!!! that is one great room! My preps look WEEEEEK compaired to you. We have the big racks at work 8′ wide 42″ deep and 18′ tall rated for 5,000 lbs per shelf. You’d have a blast filling them

Most of my food is good for 30 years in number 10 cans. The little veg can will get donated before they go bad.
